Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your FlexHours account and personal data at any time — whether or not you still have the app installed.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to hr@manyamconsultancy.com from the email address linked to your FlexHours account.
- Use the subject line "Delete My FlexHours Account" and include the mobile number or email you registered with.
- We'll verify the request and confirm back to you by email once it's received.
If your email client doesn't open automatically, email us directly at hr@manyamconsultancy.com.
What gets deleted
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Profile | Name, email, phone, address, photo, and profile details are permanently deleted. |
| Skills & listings | Worker skill listings and job posts are removed from the marketplace. |
| Uploaded files | Documents and photos you uploaded are deleted from storage. |
| Booking history | Deleted from your view; retained in de-identified form only where needed for the exceptions below. |
| Login credentials | Your account is deactivated and can no longer be used to sign in. |
We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it's done.
Limited exceptions: we may retain certain records longer where required by law — for example, transaction records for tax purposes, or information needed to investigate fraud, abuse, or an active dispute. Retained records are kept only as long as legally necessary and are not used for any other purpose.
